Appointment &
Cancellation Policy


A small deposit will be required at the time of booking and your card details will be stored securely on our system.


We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or amend your salon service to enable us to manage our availability.

Text/email reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to remind you of your appointment time and you can reply yes to confirm your attendance.

Please note that from this point if you wish to cancel or reschedule your salon service a fee of 50% of the booked service costs will be taken from the card on file as you will have failed to give us the required notice.  


Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no shows will incur a charge equal to the booked appointment costs, minus your deposit, which will be taken from the card details held on file.  


Your respect for our time is appreciated. 

An allergy test is required a minimum of 48 hrs prior to any new colour/tinting appointments.  We are unable to carry out a chemical service without one under any circumstances!  Should you fail to attend for an allergy test we will be unable to offer you the service and the late cancellation charges will apply.

All prices are from and vary depending on your chemical history, target shade and services required to get you there. Each client receives an in depth consultation prior to their service commencing!
